SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands or outside the UK. If you are unsure about your address, email us at contact@ardeofire.com before ordering.

Delivery time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 3 to 6 working days, so you can expect your fire within 4 to 8 working days of ordering. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders. 

VAT and duties
All prices include UK VAT and any import duties. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

Carrier and delivery day
Your fire is delivered by DPD / DHL / Parcelforce, tracked, insured and signed for. The carrier will contact you with a delivery window. If you miss the delivery, they will attempt again or hold the parcel at a local depot.

If your parcel arrives damaged
Check the box when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email us at contact@ardeofire.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the packaging and the product. We will replace the damaged part or the whole fire at no cost to you.

Changing your address
We can change a delivery address until the order ships. Email us as soon as possible.

Fuel
We do not ship bioethanol fuel. We recommend a quality bioethanol (95% minimum), available in supermarkets, hardware stores, and online. Quality fuel ensures a beautiful flame.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, we will email you, and if it has not arrived within 30 days of ordering you may cancel for a full refund.
